Job Description
Ernesta is looking for a Sales and Design Consultant to join the Retail team in our showroom located on the Upper East Side in New York. The ideal candidate will educate and advise customers on rug selection, material selection, and spatial planning, while providing a fantastic experience to our customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
- 2+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
- Passionate about interior design and home décor
- High level of proficiency working online across multiple software tools
- Great time management and organizational skills with high level of accountability
