Job Description
Drive the group-wide implementation and ongoing operation of the Operational Resilience framework in a business-as-usual environment, translate resilience principles and standards into practical processes, guidance, and governance, and ensure critical business services can continue within defined impact tolerances during severe but plausible disruptions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Operational or Technology Risk
- Background in banking or another highly regulated financial services environment
- Proven hands-on experience with implementing and operating complex, group-wide frameworks
- Strong understanding of impact-based resilience, critical business services, and end-to-end service mapping
- Interest in leveraging technology and innovation, including AI
- Very good stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional environments
