The Customer Relationship Manager role involves developing and managing profitable, long-term relationships with targeted and Major Accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring ESB Telecoms is positioned as the provider of choice for telecommunications infrastructure and managed connectivity services.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling, managing or delivering telecommunications infrastructure or managed services
• Strong understanding of how to position ESB Telecoms as a provider of choice in a competitive market
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pipeline management and business case development
