Part-time Help in Concept Store in Berlin-Mitte and Online Marketing

Your tasks

We are looking for a part-time help for 20 - 30 hours/month for the sale in our shop in Berlin-Mitte or Schwerin and for the care of our online activities.

Main tasks in the shop

• Competent customer advice on the product range of FORMOST in German and English
• Sale of goods in the retail business and handling of customer orders through an online shop system
• Independent presentation and care of the store area
• Ensuring stock replenishment on the area as well as setting up, sorting and decorating the goods

Main tasks in Online Marketing

• Maintenance of the web shop (product description, price changes etc.)
• Creation of content for various media, such as website, social media, newsletter

Your profile

You are:

• Service-oriented, professional, reliable and flexible
• Have first experience in retail, ideally in the context of design and craftsmanship
• Have interest in design and beautiful products with history
• Have openness and a relaxed, friendly approach to customers
• Approachable and feel at ease in an international environment
• Very good German and English skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays
