Your Tasks
- Support our team with your own input in the development of the communication and marketing strategy. Here, the focus is primarily on external communication.
- You work independently, but not alone: As a competent contact person, you work closely with the various actors, especially with management, product management, and graphics.
- You are responsible for the content plan and use our media. You are in the middle and have dates and topics in view.
- In line with our strategy, you create content on your own for different media. Our own software cellms is one of your most important tools.
- You work with it regularly. As one of the early adopters, you test new features and take direct influence on further developments.
- You are well-informed about our product development and current projects and are always ready to report on them.
- You support in market observations, analyses, reports, and presentations.
- You help occasionally with the organization of events.
Your Profile
Your sense of topics characterizes you. You have a knack for (moving) images and text. You bring a special affinity for the areas of software development and marketing.
- You have excellent expression skills in German and English.
- You are well-versed in social networks and have ideally already gained practical experience with paid advertising.
- The principles of search engine optimization are known to you, and you are ideally familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Google Analytics, or Matomo.
- You enjoy working with different people in a technical environment.
- You work structured, time-conscious, and goal-oriented.

About Us
We, the escape team, are toolmakers, visionaries, and digital agencies all at once. Since our founding in 1996, we have been developing software solutions. Ten years ago, we started developing our own software cellms.
In the meantime, a powerful and versatile solution has emerged for the SME sector, whose modules primarily cover the areas of CMS, CRM, shop & inventory management, event & conference management, as well as e-mail and social media marketing.
With our 20-member team, we continuously expand the functionality of cellms. Cellms is used by our customers. Examples of this are the University of Applied Sciences for Media Cologne, the SPD, or the DOAG, which we continuously and sustainably support in their digitalization projects.
