Job Description
Consult with customers to introduce and optimize ERP systems, provide expert knowledge in process consulting, and troubleshoot system issues.
Requirements
- Completed business studies or training
- High understanding of commercial processes and bookkeeping basics
- Several years of professional experience, preferably with mesonic WinLine or a comparable ERP system
- Developed process analysis and problem-solving competence
- Good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems and current MS SQL Server versions
- Independent and self-reliant working style
- Excellent communication skills, high service orientation, and professional appearance
