eSentire is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the development and refinement of marketing operations within a hyper-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in marketing operations, technical mastery of Pardot and Salesforce, and experience with GTM toolkit and analytics tools. The role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B hyper-growth or public company environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce.
- GTM Toolkit: Proven experience using Clay for data enrichment and workflow automation.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and navigate the needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytics: Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI tools to distill complex data into actionable executive insights.
- Tech stack integration: Experience managing integrations across MarTech, RevOps, SalesOps, and external vendors.
- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense), content analytics, and intent data tools.
- Relevant Certifications – Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense
- Education: Marketing or a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Engineering, Finance).
- AI Fluency: Experience implementing AI tools (LLMs, automation agents) to optimize marketing workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to translate technical "MarTech" speak into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: A "problem-solver" who can troubleshoot technical debt while maintaining a high-level strategic view of the business.
