Requirements
- Graduate of S1 or equivalent from all faculties with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum experience of 1 year as a System Analyst or in related field with a minimum experience of 2 years previously as a software developer/engineer/programmer
- Having experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance Company will be an added value
- Able to lead a team, guide team members, and ensure work is completed well in accordance with business needs
- Able to communicate clearly, target and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Having a deep knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed work frameworks and having enthusiasm for renewable technology development
- Able to find and fix technical problems in an extremely adaptive environment
- Understanding of GIT, CI-CD, virtualization technology, and containerization and able to use tools for Issue Tracking
- Understanding Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
