Director, Chief Solutions Architect, Health

We are seeking a passionate Director, Chief Solutions Architect who will play a pivotal role in supporting our business development and capture teams, specializing in crafting technical and business solutions for opportunities and pursuits specific to Health and Human Services missions.

Requirements

• Lead the development of innovative and effective solutions that are both compliant and compelling
• Leverage deep experience in the business operations and systems integration within Health and Human Services
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide comprehensive agile solutions
• Create detailed technical designs and strategies
• Act as a hands-on solution architect
• Work closely with subject matter experts, CTO and technical leads, and partners to refine and improve solutions
• Collaborate with business/price volume owner(s), senior leadership and the business development department to strategize and write proposals
• Stay updated on emerging digital and business trends
