Requirements

• Valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred. Current CPR certification. Current First Aid certification.
• Minimum of two years recent long-term care experience working with older adults with cognitive deficits preferred. Must have at least two years prior supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of comprehensive care of older adults which includes: basic knowledge of clinical disease entities, the physical observational skills required for initial and follow-up appraisal of all assigned residents, resident treatments, specialized diets, and medication regime for individuals.
