Resident Care Associate - On-Call

Eskaton is a nonprofit senior services provider serving Northern California's older adults. The Resident Care Associate provides personal care, companion care, nursing assistance, and other assigned tasks to residents living in Eskaton communities.

Requirements

• High school graduate or G.E.D.
• Six (6) months experience in providing personal care in a residential or long term care setting preferred
• Valid/current first aid certification
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in the English language
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
