Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of three (3) years of IT business analysis or project management experience
- PMP or IIBA certification preferred
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware custom applications, quality management and ERP manufacturing systems
- Business analysis or project management in a manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of software development in an FDA regulated facility
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially C#
- Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Tools
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
- Experience with documenting requirements, and developing and executing testing plans to meet requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem solving, and project planning skills
