Job Description
As Senior Manager, Editorial (Editor in Chief) at the Esports World Cup Foundation, you will own the editorial vision, voice, and standards across EWCF, the Esports World Cup (EWC), and the Esports Nations Cup (ENC). You will define and guide editorial strategy to ensure messaging is clear, compelling, consistent, and aligned with brand and product objectives.
Requirements
- Define and own the editorial strategy across EWCF, EWC, and ENC
- Establish and maintain editorial guidelines, standards, and governance
- Own editorial storytelling frameworks, narratives, and priorities
- Lead editorial planning for major initiatives and moments
- Oversee execution of editorial content through internal teams and external contributors
- Manage and guide freelance writers, journalists, and contributors
- Partner closely with Content Production, Broadcast, Fan Marketing, and Social Media teams
- Ensure editorial content supports fan engagement, community building, and the long-term positioning of EWCF and its flagship properties
