Join ESPRiT Engineering GmbH as a Business Development Manager and contribute to building an industry-spanning Embedded-Software company. You will expand existing customer relationships, acquire new customers, and develop new business fields. Your role will involve qualification of needs, contract negotiations, and quality assurance of order projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include continuous expansion of existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers, development of new business fields, and qualification of needs and associated processing up to the creation of offers.
We are looking for a candidate with a completed technical university degree and several years of successful experience in sales and project management within the automotive industry or related fields. You should bring initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, travel readiness, and technical understanding.
