Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Sydney, Australia, responsible for end-to-end recruitment across ESR Australia's business, including technical development and construction professionals, corporate functions, and executive and niche search.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally split between a high-performing agency and an in-house corporate environment in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience recruiting across both Property Development and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, and Tech).
- Deep knowledge of the Australian talent market, specifically within Sydney, with experience managing interstate roles (Melbourne/Brisbane).
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive search.
- The confidence to advise and challenge senior leaders (C-Suite, Directors) on hiring decisions and market realities.
