Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Completed a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency at an accredited medical institution.
- Active and Unrestricted California Medical License and Active DEA License.
- Board certified or board eligible.
