Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering projects from initial planning through final completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving, with hands-on exposure to complex infrastructure and land development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience, with demonstrated project leadership responsibilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or actively working toward licensure
- Strong technical expertise in civil design, roadway engineering, and drainage systems
- Proven experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination
- Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, CAD tools, and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication, coordination, and site supervision skills
