Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to lead deep dive and ad hoc analysis, analyze sales and marketing performance drivers, and recommend action plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 0-1 years of experience, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Requirements
- Leads deep dive/ad hoc analysis on evolving share, volume and segment issues and recommends appropriate action plans
- Analyzes impact of sales & marketing performance drivers: distribution, displays, features, space, price dynamics, brand health, media spend to develop insights & recommendations
- Transforms insights into recommendations to through simple, visual, and action-oriented deliverables that drives common understanding and aligns stakeholders
- Liaises regularly with key marketing, sales, and insights stakeholders
- Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance
- Understands competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplace
