Job Description
Assist in maintaining existing computer infrastructure, image/onboard new computers, and troubleshoot data flows for scientific instruments. Consult with the business on equipment issues and secure hardware.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience
- Bachelors degree
- Computer troubleshooting skills
- End-user Computing or Desktop Support skills
- Break/Fix experience
- Understanding of hardware components and networking concepts
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- AGILE ways of working
- Background with computer security
- Previous experience with validated systems (GxP)
- Microsoft Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft OS including iOS and Linux
