Job Description
Lead Enterprise Architect to inform and guide execution of our software development roadmap in support of Axos' strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience within Banking and/or Fintech, see the "big picture" and create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development teams across diverse financial services verticals.
Requirements
- Design software architecture specifications that support the functional and non-functional requirements of the software solutions
- Apply modern architecture principles and patterns
- Leverage the latest technologies and tools
- Improve and enforce the software engineering standards, guidelines, methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Guide and mentor matrixed software engineering teams
- Collaborate extensively with product management, business units, and technology teams
- Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, libraries, and tools
- Monitor and analyze the software performance, quality, security, and scalability
- Document and present the software architecture, design, and implementation to the internal and external stakeholders
