Job Description
Lead governance, planning, and cross-functional coordination for the two company IT integration, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and Day 1/Day 2 readiness across all technical workstreams.
Requirements
- Establish and manage IT IMO governance model and operating cadence.
- Drive strategic planning, M&A Playbook updates, and readiness assessments.
- Oversee integration budget, cost synergy tracking, and tool administration.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, retrospectives, and scorecard reporting.
- Manage the IT Integration Master Workplan and cross-workstream dependencies.
