Tax Manager helps drive the success of tax engagements, ensuring high-quality service for our clients. The role manages all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and consulting, and leads a team of tax professionals.
Requirements
- Supervise and support a team of tax professionals
- Manage workloads to ensure team members meet deadlines and deliver accurate work
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Develop and implement training programs
- Assist in managing a portfolio of clients
- Review and assist in the preparation of complex tax returns
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Provide technical expertise and support on complex tax issues and transactions
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Leverage technology and tools to streamline tax workflows and reduce manual processes
