• Highly organised and able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and external partners
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high quality experiences
• Comfortable managing budgets and suppliers
• Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly
