Job Description
ESS Technologies is seeking a Field Service Tech to provide professional equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of ESS products like cartoners, case packers, and robotic systems. The ideal candidate will maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction while training customer employees.
Requirements
- Install, start, debug, and troubleshoot ESS equipment.
- Provide service maintenance, troubleshooting, and training to customer employees.
- Travel 75% in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
- Manage project schedules and customer needs.
