Job Description
The role of Deputy General Manager for Recruitment is responsible for managing the recruitment activities for Essar Capital and senior leadership positions. This involves supporting recruitment plans, identifying recruitment agencies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to talent development within Essar Capital. The candidate will also be involved in talent assessment and selection processes.
Requirements
- Develop yearly sourcing plan.
- Recommend guidelines for sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies.
- Review shortlisted applications and interview candidates.
