Job Description
Pluckk is seeking an Executive - Accounts to manage and reconcile accounts receivable. This role involves collection, resolution of discrepancies, analysis of AR aging reports, and support during various closing processes. The position is full-time, regular shift, and requires immediate or 30-day commencement.
Requirements
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
- Ensure timely collections and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to manage billing and outstanding dues.
- Generate and analyze AR aging reports.
- Utilize Zoho CRM and accounting tools.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with audits and compliance.
