Job Description
The Manager of Tax will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, litigation, support, and planning within the Essar Group. This role involves providing tax advice, settling disputes, facilitating M&A, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires a strong understanding of tax laws and a proactive approach to mitigating tax risks.
Requirements
- Manage tax provisioning with internal compliance team and external auditors.
- Review and file quarterly tax return and tax provision.
- Manage tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide tax updates to internal compliance team.
- Manage control sheets and IMS for board packs.
- Manage engagement and onboarding of external consultants.
