Job Description
Esse Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Fenton Family Medicine office. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be highly visible in your interactions with patients and must project a positive office image at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of the different types of health insurance plans
- PC/Windows proficiency
- Medical coding familiarity
