Concrete Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete construction projects, overseeing the concrete crew and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• TWIC card required
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
• Ability to withstand physically demanding work environments and conditions.
