Essel is seeking a skilled Solar AC Electrical Foreman to lead and manage solar electrical installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient execution of tasks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, with a focus on solar energy systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid OSHA 10 certification and a clean driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications/training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Physical ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
