Requirements
- Previous experience as a solar installer or similar role in the construction field
- Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as assigned
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous
