Operate and maintain boiler plant for medical campus, observe and dispatch maintenance engineers, and respond to emergency repair requests.
Requirements
- 2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance (East)
- 1 year classroom training or 1 year experience in building maintenance (West/Central)
- Class 1B boiler operator with the state of MN
