Job Description
Provide spiritual care to patients of all ages and their families. Services include individual patient/resident support related to spiritual matters, family support, and prayer. Assist with decision making and Advanced Care Planning for patients and families facing grief and end of life issues.
Requirements
- Chaplain I: Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Divinity, Ministry or a related field, or three years professional experience in related field
- Successful completion of 1 ACPE accredited unit of CPE
- Licensure/Certification Requirement: Associate Membership in NACC (National Association of Catholic Chaplains) or APC (Association of Professional Chaplains) or NAJC (National Association of Jewish Chaplains) or SCA (Spiritual Care Association)
