Job Description
Medical Assistant or LPN role assisting RN, Physician and other providers, providing direct patient care in various clinical settings, and performing identified procedures. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in different units based on workload, patient acuity, and staffing needs.
Requirements
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Float to various departments as assigned, ensuring that patient care is delivered safely and effectively.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competencies.
