Job Description

Perform and report tests of all complexity levels, assist with routine screening, diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases and injuries. Participate in Quality Assurance, Quality Control monitoring, instrumentation maintenance, and customer service.
Requirements
- Graduate of an associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technician or meets Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) guidelines for the complexity of laboratory testing for alternative route
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent certification, is required within one year from the date of hire
- Ability to perform and report tests of all complexity levels, interpret and correlate test results with disease states and theoretical knowledge
