Patient Access Representative (32 hours a Week)

Patient Access Representative greets customers, facilitates patient registration, and obtains demographic and financial information to provide Essentia Health with necessary documents and data.

Requirements

• Interviews patients to obtain demographic details and financial information
• Obtains copies of insurance cards and other forms of identification
• Performs point of service data collection and reconciles cash drawer
