Physical Therapist (Full Time) - Sandstone/Hinckley, MN

Evaluates, plans, treats, and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards and policies of Essentia Health. Provides therapy evaluation, treatment plans, patient education, and discharge planning. Collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams and works closely with referring physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degrees from a physical therapy accredited program
• Current license in the state performing services
