Job Description
Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Physical Therapy Association and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degrees from a physical therapy accredited program
- Current license in the state performing services
- Herman & Wallace Level I certification or alternative advanced training for Pediatric Pelvic Floor positions
