Job Description
Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degrees from a physical or occupational therapy accredited program
- Current license in the state performing services
- Ability to provide therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment, patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full caseload of patients
