Job Description
The Program Director of Major Giving is responsible for managing a regional portfolio to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors for the Essentia Health Foundation. The position will work with local leadership and physicians/care teams, and coordinate efforts with systemwide development staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of development, marketing, sales, or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Raisers Edge or Sales Force) and CFRE certification
