Registered Nurse - Home Hospice

Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Requirements

• Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
• Proof of current motor vehicle insurance
• Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience in East Market
