Job Description
Join EssilorLuxottica as a Talent Management professional to drive the transformation of the glasses and eye care industry. You will be part of the Talent Management France team and contribute to the deployment of talent management, HR policy, and Group initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in HR (current or recent)
- Force of proposal, curiosity
- Excellent relational skills
- Ability to go into operational subjects and take a project approach
- Ability to evolve in a matrix environment
- Microsoft Office mastery
- English C1
