Job Description
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for capacity planning, studying, and analyzing opportunities in the production process and equipment development for excellence in process and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of Lean Engineer, Process Engineer, or CI Engineer from Multinational Companies
- Good command of English, ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to Lean and Kaizen principles
- Solid knowledge of production technologies, continuous improvement tools (SPC, 5S, Kaizen, etc.), or project management
- Understand engineering drawing
- Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills are a must
- Excellent negotiation and Problem-solving skills
- Energetic and able to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate multiple, changes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
