Job Description
Customer Support Technician - Medical Devices responsible for installing, analyzing, calibrating, and repairing high-end optical and precision mechanical instruments, focusing on network and application management. Fluency in Dutch is required for this role.
Requirements
- HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in electronics, IT, or a comparable technical field
- Experience with electronic and software-based systems and resolving integration challenges
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to approach complex problems holistically
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex topics
- Customer-oriented, experienced in working with demanding, high-level customers and handling confidential information
