Job Description
We are a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. The Director, Eye Care (Medical Operations) will lead a team to support the delivery and expansion of medical eye care services across Luxottica Retail North America and LensCrafters.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD)
- 10 years of related experience, including clinical care
- Experience in optometric practice operations or practice management
- Prior leadership experience (people leadership or matrix leadership)
- Working knowledge of medical billing, coding, and documentation
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, field-driven environment with frequent travel
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel 50%+
