ER & HRBP Supervisor

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for handling disciplinary action concerns, representing the organization in contract negotiations, and driving employee engagement through activities and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Political science, Human resource management or other related fields
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Employee Relation
• Strong knowledge of local labor law, employment regulations, and industrial relations, including disciplinary procedures and employee relations practices
• Hands-on experience in employee relations management, performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
