Field Service Technician

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to install, train, and maintain finishing lens systems and related equipment at customer sites. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent customer communication skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in field service, equipment installation, or technical support
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with diagnostic and service software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (may include overnight stays)
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding installations
