HR Coordinator (Talent Acquisition)

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. We are looking for an HR Coordinator (Talent Acquisition) to lead and implement strategic Human Resources initiatives focused on Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding and Employer Branding, managing outsourced vendors, and developing practices that support talent attraction and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
• Advanced or fluent English (experience preparing reports and presentations for global teams is required)
• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, including recruitment of complex and strategic positions
• Experience in manufacturing environments and/or operational process management is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing vendors/third parties and monitoring SLAs
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and metrics (KPIs, turnover, time to fill, quality of hire)
• Experience implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practices in recruitment processes
