Job Description
Seeking an Lead Business System Analyst to lead the delivery of innovative, vision-benefit-driven solutions that drive market expansion and operational excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, ensuring that technology enables market expansion efforts across commercial and government insurance programs—including Medicaid and Medicare.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Lead Business System Analyst or similar role with a focus on insurance benefits and claim systems.
- Deep knowledge of benefit administration platforms, claims adjudication systems, and health plan applications.
- Hands-on experience with Facets or similar claim administration systems.
- Solid understanding of accumulators and benefit configuration.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on balancing business goals and system capabilities.
