We're looking for a Licensed Optician to deliver exceptional customer service and create legendary experiences for our customers. As a Licensed Optician, you'll be responsible for custom fitting glasses, accurately placing prescriptions, and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Accurately and thoroughly use technology despite time pressure and customer volume
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
• Take pride in store appearance and help to keep store clean, attractive, and organized
